Eligibility and Deadline

For eligible purchases from zmxqvk, the return period is 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery. Standard returns generally require unused items in original condition, original parts and accessories, original packaging where reasonably possible, and purchase proof or relevant order details.

Request Instructions Before Shipping

Email service@zmxqvk.com with the order number, item, reason, and relevant photos/videos. After review and approval, support supplies the warehouse address and instructions. Do not use our registered address for returns unless specifically directed.

Costs and Product Problems

For a change of mind, preference, or other return unrelated to product/fulfillment problems, customers generally pay return freight.

Report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed orders as soon as reasonably possible with order details and relevant photos/videos. Where the fault comes from the product or fulfillment, review leads to an appropriate replacement, refund, or return arrangement without additional error-related costs to the customer.

Inspection and Refunds

Receipt may be followed by inspection against return requirements. Approved refunds use the original payment method and generally take 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection; your bank or provider may need extra posting time.

Cancellation Requests
